At Ivy Chimneys Primary School we have used SCL Developments Ltd many times over the years – from shed bases to sand-pits, shelters to drainage works. No job is too big or too small and his quotations are always very competitive (important on a school budget!)

Communication is first class – before, during and after the job, and his staff can be relied upon to get the job done, on time, on budget and with minimum upset, inconvenience and mess!

SCL Developments Ltd has worked with us on many projects over the years providing a quality service on projects ranging from £5,000.00 to £1 million. The majority of our works is for blue chip clients and SCL understand the requirements needed to work in these environments. A long-standing relationship between both companies.

SCL recently completed a kitchen/diner extension for me. The work also involved demolishing an interior wall and completely refitting the extended kitchen area. The work was far less disruptive than I feared. SCL’s team ensured that our day to day life remained workable throughout. A first class job carried out by real professionals who remained on site for the duration of the project. I would highly recommend their services.

SCL Developments have worked for myself on various commercial projects including large refurbishments and hard landscaping works Our last contract together was circa £1 million pounds hard and soft landscaping with a very varied mix of products and finishes. SCL carried out the works to a very high standard and to programme. Looking forward to our next project together.

Steve and his team carried out a double storey extension and major remodelling throughout our property. All the team at SCL kept us informed on a daily basis and kept everywhere clean and tidy throughout the process. The finish product surpassed our expectations and would highly recommend.

Recently had a kitchen renovation by SCL Developments Ltd. Can only say good things about the whole experience. Steve and his team did everything required to a very high standard. Each and every trade involved did all they could to limit any inconvenience to us, and all were friendly and helpful. A special thanks, however, to Trevor, who was involved on the refurbishment pretty much from start to finish. And was a pleasure to have around while the work was ongoing. Kept him topped up with tea, and he did us a brilliant job.
